You can return or exchange the item purchased at Cloudburst within 14 days after receiving your order (we must receive the item at Cloudburst store not later than 14 days from its delivery). We recommend you to start the return or exchange process not later than 3 days after receiving your order. This will enable to us to receive a returned item after 14 days from delivery date. Only in this case we are able to refund the purchase cost or exchange the item.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine the charges of destination country.
EXCHANGE
FOR ALL
If you receive a faulty item with manufactruring defect, you can return or exchange it for the same non-faulty item in the same size, however all exchanges are based on the stock availability. In this case the delivery cost is covered by Cloudburst.
The item can be exchanged within 7 days from its delivery back to Cloudburst. The purchase will be refunded if the item cannot be replaced within 10 days from the moment of receiving your request concerning your return in written form along with the item you return.

All expences connected to exchange or return of the purchased goods (except manufacturing defects) are to be paid by Customer.
Your items should have the barcode tags intact.
The dispatch note that you receive from us must be included in the package that you return.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed in the currency paid.
We cannot offer refunds on items if the item hygiene is offended. We cannot offer refunds on items bought at retailers of CLOUDBURST.
We can only refund items that are still in their new, original, unworn state and package. We reserve the right to refuse if any of these clauses incompleted.
All items shipped by CLOUDBURST are quality inspected before shipment.
As soon as we receive the goods, you will be notified by mail. After that we will send you an exchange items or transfer the money for the returned goods.
